Reports

You can create a custom report from a datasheet containing several sections, including pictures and maps, by selecting Generate Report from the Report menu on the main Menu bar.

Select text sections, pictures, maps and notes to include in a report.

To include an item, simply double-click the item listed in the 'Available Items' box.

The order in which the items appear in your list reflect the order that they will be displayed in the report. Double-clicking an item in the list box will remove it from your selection.

The report that is generated is a formatted HTML document, which appears in a browser window and can be printed off or copied into another document from there.

The report contains the sections you have selected, headed by the name of the datasheet, and the date.

The report also contains a number of bookmarks and links to make navigation within the document easier, with active web links where present.

Printing

Datasheet sections can be printed off using the print function on the far right of the datasheet Menu bar. HTML documents from the library and datasheet sections may be printed off using the Print button on your browser. PDF files may be printed using the printer button on the Adobe Acrobat window.

Glossary terms and search results can be printed using the Print button on your browser.
