Country datasheets
Datasheets are available on over 150 countries, with maps and statistical data on Agricultural Production, Land Use, Pesticides Trade, and additional economic data, from FAO, USDA-FAS, the World Bank and other sources. Contact details for National Plant Protection Organisations are presented for many countries.
FAOSTAT data, and USDA-FAS PSD can be visualized through the Statistics menu option on the Menu bar. Statistics are presented as tables, and can be plotted as bar charts.
FAOSTAT Statistics
Agricultural production statistics and other economic FAOSTAT data from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) are presented. Data are linked to a graphical interface, allowing the user to specify and generate visual presentations.
Statistical data is displayed on Country datasheets, and is also accessible directly from the main menu and top menu bar.
To view the data, select Statistics from the main menu or top menu bar, and then FAO Statistics. Then select from:
USDA-FAS PSD
Production and supply data is available from the United States Department of Agriculture Food and Agriculture Service (USDA-FAS-PSD). This can be plotted in the same way as FAOSTAT data. Choose Statistics from the top menu bar or the Statistics menu item on the top menu bar, followed by FAS Statistics.
